Compound Preposition 'upon'

upon (अपॉन) हे एक Compound Preposition आहे.

upon आणि on या दोन्हीही Prepositions चा अर्थ सारखाच आहे. मात्र, बोलीभाषेमध्ये upon चा उपयोग जास्त केला जात नाही.

Compound Preposition म्हणून वापरताना इंग्रजी व्याकरणामध्ये upon चा उपयोग पुढील अर्थ दर्शविण्यासाठी केला जातो.

upon = वर
